Design Notes

In order to form a homologous recombination template, we selected 250 bp of 5' and 3' ends from mamGFDC, mamYXZ-ftsZ and mms6-mmsF-mms35-mms48 (mamGC, mamXY and mms6 operons) as flanking sequences. Fragments are joined via overlapping PCR.
